About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Hearthstone Manor Residential Care Facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients based on individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to healthcare staff
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing and dressing
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Requirements
  • Licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the province
  • 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
