Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing journal entries, and performing financial calculations. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and addressing customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:- Accounts Payable: Manage accounts payable, prepare journal entries, and perform financial calculations.
- Accounts Receivable: Manage accounts receivable, prepare invoices, and collect payments from debtors.
- Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, and prepare reports as required.
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to accounts payable and receivable.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in QuickBooks, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Windows.
- Transportation: Own vehicle and willing to travel.
