This role is for you.

The Accounts Receivable Agent will be responsible for working in one or more of the following profiles:

Profile - Credit and Collection
  • Analyze and follow up on assigned customer accounts to ensure timely payments and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Recommend settlement options for delinquent accounts that fall outside established parameters, including cases of bad debt and/or collection.
  • Obtain necessary approvals for debit and credit memos.
  • Analyze unapplied customer payments and irregularities, taking immediate action as needed.
  • Keep up-to-date with actions taken in customer notes within the accounting system.
  • Perform credit and risk analyses for specific cases as required.
  • Maintain close contact with partners, providing efficient and high-quality service.
  • Enter cash receipts into the accounting system.
  • Reconcile transactions and accounts receivable.
  • Obtain approvals for write-offs when necessary.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform ad hoc or spontaneous analyses and reports as requested, including follow-up reports.
  • Maintain close contact with partners, providing efficient and high-quality service.
  • Complete all related tasks.
