Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Late Night Pizza. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Staff Management: Train and develop our food service staff, including hiring and managing a team of up to 10 staff members.
  • Operations Management: Establish and maintain efficient work schedules, manage inventory and supplies, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive dining experience for all customers.
  • Reporting and Budgeting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance, as well as manage budgets and cost estimates.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
Work Environment:

Our fast-paced food service environment requires a high level of energy and attention to detail. You will be working in a standing position for extended periods, and must be physically capable of performing the duties of the role.
