Restaurant Operations Manager

At Denny's, we are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dining establishment, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our team members are working efficiently.
Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen personnel.
- Ensure that all food and beverage standards are met, and that our guests receive high-quality products and services.
- Manage inventory, labor costs, and other operational aspects of the restaurant.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and human resources, to achieve business objectives.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
