Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and Test Electronic Equipment: Conduct thorough inspections and tests on electronic equipment and assemblies to identify any faults or issues.
  • Diagnose and Repair Circuit, Component, and Equipment Faults: Use your technical expertise to diagnose and repair circuit, component, and equipment faults, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
  • Adjust, Align, Replace, or Repair Electronic Equipment and Assemblies: Perform adjustments, alignments, replacements, or repairs on electronic equipment and assemblies as needed to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Complete Work Orders and Test Reports: Accurately complete work orders and test reports to document all technical work performed.
  • Prepare Cost Estimates: Provide detailed cost estimates for repairs and maintenance work to clients.
  • Read Blueprints and Drawings: Interpret blueprints and drawings to understand system configurations and identify potential issues.Type of Service and Repair
    • Computers and Peripherals: Provide technical support and repair services for computers and peripherals, including hardware and software issues.
    Computer and Technology Knowledge
    • Microsoft Office: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
    • Microsoft Windows: Experienced in working with Microsoft Windows operating systems.
    • Networks: Knowledge of computer networks, including wireless networks and wireless routers.
    Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
    • Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accurate diagnoses and repairs.
    • Work Under Pressure: Work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines and resolve technical issues.
    Support for Newcomers and Refugees
