Job Title: Early Childhood Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Early Childhood Assistant to join our team at Perfect Daycare Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Early Childhood Assistant will provide support to our early childhood educators in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for children aged 0-5 years. The successful candidate will assist in planning and implementing activities, maintaining a safe and healthy environment, and communicating with parents and staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist early childhood educators in developing and implementing programs that promote children's physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development.
  • Support the preparation of snacks and meals, and maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Engage children in activities such as storytelling, singing, and crafts.
  • Assist with record-keeping and submitting written observations to early childhood educators.
  • Participate in staff meetings to discuss children's progress and problems.
  • Plan and organize activities for school-age children in child-care programs before and after regular school hours.
Requirements:
  • Child Development Assistant (ECE Level 1) certification.
  • Experience working with children aged 0-5 years.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
Working Conditions:

The Early Childhood Assistant will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of dedicated professionals. The successful candidate will be required to work 30-40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.
