Job Title: Early Childhood Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Early Childhood Assistant to join our team at Perfect Daycare Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Early Childhood Assistant will provide support to our early childhood educators in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for children. This role involves assisting with daily activities, preparing materials, and maintaining a safe and healthy space for our young learners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist early childhood educators in planning and implementing programs that promote children's physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development.
  • Support the preparation of materials and resources for activities and lessons.
  • Engage children in activities such as storytelling, singing, and crafts.
  • Prepare snacks and arrange rooms or furniture for lunch and rest periods.
  • Submit written observations on children to early childhood educators or supervisors.
  • Participate in staff meetings to discuss children's progress and problems.
Requirements:
  • Child Development Assistant (ECE Level 1) certification.
  • Experience working with children in a daycare or nursery school setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
