Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example and demonstrate excellent customer service skills
  • Maintain department cleanliness and ensure shelves are clean, well-stocked, and faced
  • Monitor department sales and employ tactics to increase sales
  • Merchandise the department to promote sales and create a visually appealing layout
  • Train and develop department staff using Nature's Fare Markets training material
  • Uphold excellent communication skills and encourage open communication between department members
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years retail sales experience in a wellness-related role
  • Passion for natural wellness
  • Education in a related field is an asset
  • Previous team lead experience is an asset
