Sales Supervisor Job Description

At Super Save Gas, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales workers and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that they are working efficiently.
  • Hire and train new staff members to ensure that they have the necessary skills to succeed in the role.
  • Authorize payments and order merchandise to ensure that our store is well-stocked.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that our team is working effectively.
  • Sell merchandise and provide excellent customer service to our customers.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to help us make informed business decisions.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that our store is well-stocked and that our customers have access to the products they need.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to ensure that our team is working effectively.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in a sales or retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
