Job Summary

The Warehouse Operations Specialist is responsible for safely operating a Reach Truck/Order Picker or Clamp Operator to perform responsibilities within the warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform Reach/Order Picker or Clamp responsibilities
  • Work closely with shift management and leads to accomplish shift goals
  • Load, unload, pick, put-away, consolidate, stack and stage products and materials using both a Reach/Order Picker or Forklift or on hand (able to lift 50lb)
  • Experience in handling tires is preferred
  • Assist with physical inventories and cycle counts, ensuring proper stock rotation
  • Reconcile inbounds with packing slips
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area. Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse
  • Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED equivalent required
  • Experience in logistics/distribution center is an asset
  • Knowledgeable of RF systems in a logistics environment
  • Basic math and reading skills to perform job tasks and complete necessary paperwork
  • Ability to follow oral and/or written instructions
  • Experience in leading a team is a plus
