Job Title: Health and Environmental Coordinator

At BGIS, we are seeking a highly skilled Health and Environmental Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating environmental and health program processes and activities to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate environmental and health inquiries and incidents, providing guidance to team members as needed.
  • Implement environmental, health, and safety programs, including processes, procedures, and resources.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and mitigate environmental and health risks.
  • Investigate and resolve incidents, providing recommendations for corrective and preventative measures.
  • Maintain and report environmental, health, and safety data, including incident reports and regulatory compliance records.
Requirements:
  • Strong background in environmental management system development and administration.
  • Certification in occupational health and safety or environmental management.
  • 1-3 years of experience in environmental, health, and safety work.
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills, with ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, with ability to exercise good judgment.

At BGIS, we offer a competitive salary range of $51,470 - $64,338 per annum, based on the successful candidate's competencies.
