Position Title: Administrative Coordinator

Position Overview:

  • Educational Requirement: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience Required: 1 to less than 7 months
Key Responsibilities:
  • Set work priorities and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Carry out administrative functions
  • Organize and coordinate office operations
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and maintain financial controls
  • Draft reports, manuals, and official correspondence
  • Conduct data entry and manage office procedures
  • Oversee payroll and budget management
