Job SummaryWe are looking for a results-driven Assistant Manager to oversee daily store operations, manage staff, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Plan and organize daily store operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
- Staff Management: Manage and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, informing product selection and pricing strategies.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the selection of merchandise and services to be sold, ensuring alignment with customer demand and market trends.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure profitability.
- Staffing and Scheduling: Determine staffing requirements and create schedules to meet business needs.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a retail management role
