Job Summary

Matrix Logistics Services Limited is seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our building and facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and repair HVAC systems, including routine maintenance and emergency repairs.
  • Perform minor maintenance tasks as needed for water and electrical systems.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure optimal system performance.
  • Provide maintenance and repair services for material handling equipment to ensure reliable operation.
  • Perform general carpentry tasks, including repairs and maintenance of floors, walls, doors, and other building components.
  • Ensure all safety equipment is in proper working order and functioning as intended.
  • Complete and submit accurate and detailed reports on maintenance tasks and activities.
  • Respond to security and alarm calls as needed to ensure the safety and security of our facilities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in facility maintenance or a related field.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred.
