Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team at Promoguyz. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our buildings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs, and operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse.
  • Waste Management: Empty trash cans and other waste containers, and ensure that all areas are kept clean and free of clutter.
  • Repairs and Maintenance: Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs.
  • Grounds Maintenance: Water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens, and move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies as needed.
Work Environment

As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a variety of tasks and responsibilities. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team to ensure that all facilities are maintained to a high standard.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Physical Demands: Repetitive tasks, physically demanding, bending, crouching, kneeling.
