We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Senior Technical Engineer.

Position Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing Design Engineering tasks in accordance with the Engineering Change Control process. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Preparation and validation of engineering documentation, schematics, and related materials;
  2. Development of calculations and technical specifications to facilitate component modifications;
  3. Collaboration with various stakeholders, including Design Engineering teams, Operations, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Vendors/Manufacturers.
Required Qualifications:
  • Must hold a PEO Engineering license with a minimum of 5 years of relevant engineering experience.
  • A degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Process Instrumentation and Control is preferred; candidates with experience in valve accessories will be prioritized.
  • Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering degree holders with experience in valve accessories (e.g., actuators) and limit switches/positioners are also encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as the role involves significant interaction with various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat is required.
  • A valid Ontario Driver's license and access to a vehicle are necessary.
