Logistics Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Delivery Drivers Foreman/Woman to join our team at KC HR Services Inc.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervision: Lead a team of 5-10 delivery drivers and ensure they are equipped to handle their daily tasks efficiently.
- Education: Ensure all team members have the necessary education and training to perform their duties.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Manage and maintain the company's transportation management system, including MS Excel and MS Word.
- Personal Suitability: Foster a positive and organized work environment, promoting excellent oral communication, flexibility, and teamwork among team members.
- Experience: Provide guidance and support to team members with less than 7 months of experience, ensuring they meet the company's expectations.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Permanent employment
- English as the primary language of work
- 32 to 40 hours of work per week
