Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Siding Contractor to join our team at KGK Siding Services Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, coordinating and scheduling activities, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of workers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize delays.
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions.
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure workers have the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Recommend personnel actions and make decisions on staffing matters.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Organized and able to work independently.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with a 40-hour workweek.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work outdoors in a construction environment with a focus on siding projects. The work site will be noisy, and the candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
