About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Siding Contractor to join our team at KGK Siding Services Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, coordinating and scheduling activities, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines and budgets
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure workers have the necessary skills and knowledge
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to prevent accidents and injuries
  • Recommend personnel actions to ensure the team is working effectively
  • Read blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to meet project needs
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Organized and able to work independently
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid work environment
  • Fluency in English
