Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Key Entry Administrator to join our team at United Parcel Service of America, Inc. As a Data Key Entry Administrator, you will be responsible for accurately processing and entering data into our systems and databases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough examinations of various documents, including commercial invoices and shipping documents, to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Research and correct errors resulting from incorrect pre-advice information.
  • Compile and save shipping documents to comply with government regulations.
  • Physically handle and move packages, lifting up to 70 lbs unassisted.
  • Analyze data using various software packages and databases.
  • Provide advanced office support knowledge and skills.
  • Prepare and coordinate information for internal and external contacts.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Typing speed of 30+ words per minute with 90% accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work flexible shift hours.
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
  • Warehouse experience is an asset.
