About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team at On-Site Cleaning Inc. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and register documents for data entry, ensuring all necessary information is captured.
  • Enter data according to specified formats, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Transfer data between software systems, ensuring seamless integration and minimal errors.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of data, identifying and correcting any discrepancies.
  • Store, update, and maintain databases, ensuring data is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Perform general office duties, including answering phones and responding to emails (note: this is not a customer-facing role).
  • Transfer handwritten data to Excel or Word documents, ensuring all necessary information is captured.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train, but prior experience in data entry or a related field is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work overtime as needed.
