Job Description

We are seeking a Labour & Employment Lawyer to join our team. As a subject matter expert, you will provide legal advice on labour and employment matters, with a strong emphasis on Canadian labour law and the Canada Labour Code (CLC). Your experience in collective bargaining, employment standards, and dispute resolution under federal jurisdiction will be valuable assets to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide legal advice on labour and employment matters, including collective bargaining, employment standards, and dispute resolution under federal jurisdiction.
  • Manage employment-related litigation.
  • Be admitted and in good standing with a Law Society in Canada.
