What We Need
Labour & Employment Lawyer
- 5+ years as a subject matter expert providing legal advice on labour and employment matters.
- Demonstrated expertise in Canadian labour law with a strong emphasis on the Canada Labour Code (CLC), including experience in advising on collective bargaining, employment standards, and dispute resolution under federal jurisdiction.
- Experience managing employment related litigation.
- Admitted and in good standing with a Law Society in Canada.
