We are seeking a reliable and physically fit individual to join our team as a Heavy Duty Cleaner at Unison Realty Group Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our properties, including apartment/condominium complexes, office buildings, and commercial spaces. This role requires a high level of physical fitness, attention to detail, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse.
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers, and ensure they are properly disposed of.
  • Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and tidy appearance.
  • Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens to maintain a pleasant outdoor environment.
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures to ensure a hygienic environment.
  • Work with minimal supervision and take initiative to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas during winter months.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle repetitive tasks.
  • Physically fit and able to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
  • Dependable, organized, and reliable individual with good initiative.
