Join DECIEM as a Senior IT Compliance Analyst and embrace a fulfilling role that focuses on enhancing IT governance, risk management, and compliance.

This position plays a vital role in supporting the compliance framework at DECIEM's headquarters.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive the advancement of the SOX IT and controls framework
  • Oversee and support essential processes for significant SOX application systems
  • Ensure effective communication across various management levels
  • Work collaboratively with IT teams to refine control documentation
  • Conduct SOX assurance evaluations for IT controls and critical reports
  • Assist teams during project rollouts to establish governance and controls
  • Evaluate IT control weaknesses and support remediation efforts
  • Review SOC 1/SOC 2 reports as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3-4 years of experience in IT Audit, SOX Compliance, or Information Systems Risk Management
  • Familiarity with ICOFR, SEC standards, PCAOB standards, NIST, COSO, and/or COBIT
  • Proficient in designing test plans and assessing IT controls
  • Knowledge of various technologies including MS Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, and cloud solutions
