Restaurant Manager

We're looking for talented individuals to join our team as Department Managers at McDonald's Corporate owned stores. As a Department Manager, you'll play a key role in leading our teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales growth, and maintain high-quality food and service standards.

• Lead shifts and manage assigned teams to ensure seamless customer service and sales growth.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, sales, and profitability.
• Manage inventory, labor costs, and other operational aspects to ensure efficient store operations.
• Collaborate with other managers to achieve business objectives and drive store performance.

• Previous managerial experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the restaurant, retail, or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
