Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Architect to join our team. As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and managing project teams on multiple projects. You will work closely with our Principals to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and project management of multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Collaborate with the Partner-in-Charge to lead the design team;
  • Communicate effectively with clients throughout the project lifecycle;
  • Maintain project control to ensure projects meet schedule and budget requirements;
  • Coordinate with consultants and stakeholders;
  • Lead client and team project meetings, design charrettes, and workshops;
  • Attend key site meetings during construction;
  • Travel occasionally as required.
Requirements
  • Be a registered architect with 3-5 years of experience;
  • Practical knowledge of construction practices and regulations;
  • Practical knowledge of contract practices and delivery methods;
  • Experience in preparation and monitoring of contracts;
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills;
  • High attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Determination to set and manage priorities to meet deadlines;
  • Outstanding communication skills (presentation, written, and verbal);
  • Be well-versed in sustainability practices and certifications (e.g. LEED, Green Globes, BOMA BEST) – accreditation preferred;
  • A working knowledge of Revit.
