Project Management Officer

**Job Summary**

BeBee Professionals is seeking a skilled Project Management Officer to oversee the coordination and completion of projects in Ottawa. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and within scope.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop project plans, including goals, strategies, scheduling, risk identification, contingency planning, and resource allocation
* Monitor project progress and performance
* Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
* Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
* Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility
* Ensure resource availability and allocation
* Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
* Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
* Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

**Requirements**

* Proven experience as a Project Management Officer or similar role
* Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
* Problem-solving aptitude
* BSc/BA in project management, business administration, or relevant field
