Job Title: Wholesale Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Wholesale Operations Manager to join our team at Adria Chemicals & Abrasives Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our wholesale division, ensuring seamless execution of organizational policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
  • Team player with strong organizational skills
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload, requiring attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. The position involves working with a team and requires excellent communication and organizational skills.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Hours of Work:

40 hours per week.
