Position Overview

As a Food Service Supervisor at JJBG Holdings Inc, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment. Your leadership will ensure that our team delivers exceptional dining experiences while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role within the food service industry
Work Environment
  • Setting: Food service establishment, including restaurants
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning
  • Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols
  • Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation
  • Ensure compliance with quality control standards for food and service
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste
  • Prepare and submit operational reports
  • Oversee the assembly of food trays
  • Establish and manage work schedules for staff
Supervisory Responsibilities

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 individuals, including food service counter attendants and food preparers.
