We are seeking a qualified individual for a full-time leadership position within our System Integration (SI) team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years of experience in System Integration, particularly in a supervisory capacity, and will oversee a team of five or more System Integrators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing project management activities
  • Handling invoicing processes
  • Driving business development initiatives
  • Developing proposals
  • Managing and nurturing client relationships
  • Providing mentorship and guidance to team members in:
    • PAC/PLC/RPU/RTU/DCS programming across various manufacturer platforms (GE, Emerson, Schneider, Allen-Bradley, Siemens)
    • SCADA/HMI programming for multiple manufacturers (GE Proficy, iFix, GE Cimplicity, Wonderware InTouch, Wonderware System Platform, Rockwell FactoryTalk)
    • Creating Process Control Narratives and I/O Lists
    • PLC & SCADA programming
    • Conducting Factory Acceptance Tests and Site Acceptance Tests
    • Overseeing site startup and commissioning
    • Delivering training sessions
    • Providing troubleshooting and support

We are looking for a highly driven and proactive individual, ideally with extensive management experience in System Integration and SCADA development/programming. A background in Control Systems, Engineering/Technology, or Computer Programming is essential. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to manage assigned tasks efficiently, and the capability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment. Strong organizational and time management skills are also advantageous.
