Job Description

We are seeking a highly qualified instructor to teach Spanish ELE at the University of Ottawa.

Responsibilities
  • Teach Spanish ELE courses to students at various levels
  • Develop and implement curriculum for Spanish ELE courses
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback
  • Collaborate with other instructors to ensure consistency in teaching and learning
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Spanish or a related field
  • Native or near-native fluency in Spanish
  • Experience teaching Spanish ELE to students of various levels
  • Knowledge of Blackboard and other communication technologies
  • Ability to work in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ph.D. in Spanish or a related field
  • Experience with curriculum development and implementation
  • Knowledge of educational technologies and tools
