We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Mobile Care Yorkdale Mall.
Job Summary:The Retail Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and provide assistance with purchases.
- Cash Handling: Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and sweeping floors.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
- Language: English.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, physically demanding.
