Role Overview:

As the Manager of User Experience, you will report directly to the Director of Product Portfolio and lead our UX team in integrating user-centered design methodologies throughout our product development processes. You will serve as the UX design authority, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that our designs meet user needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and Development: Guide the strategic evolution of UX practices within the organization, identifying user research opportunities and communicating insights effectively.
  • Management: Oversee stakeholder interactions, manage a team of UX designers, and ensure quality solutions are delivered.
  • UX Design: Engage in UX design tasks as necessary, providing support to your team and facilitating design activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as UX design, HCI, or Graphic design, with over 8 years of experience.
  • Proven experience in UX management and a strong grasp of user-centered design principles.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience in corporate communications.

Compensation:

The annual salary range for this position is between $98,600 and $123,200, reflecting the qualifications and experience of the candidate.
