Position Overview:

As an Experience Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience for our gaming products. Your creativity and expertise will be essential in crafting engaging storyboards, designs, and prototypes that enhance gameplay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing comprehensive storyboards and prototypes for various game functionalities.
  • Maintaining design uniformity throughout the product to ensure a cohesive user experience.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to pinpoint player needs and identify design opportunities.
  • Delivering practical design solutions that address user challenges.
  • Engaging in design evaluations and providing constructive feedback.
  • Articulating design rationale to a diverse audience, ensuring clarity and understanding.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in product or user experience design.
  • Strong skills in Interaction Design, Prototyping, and Visual Design.
  • Experience in presenting design work to teams effectively.
  • A portfolio that highlights relevant design projects.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Suite.
  • A degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Reports directly to the User Experience Lead.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience within the gaming industry is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is between $79,900 and $111,900 annually. Our comprehensive benefits package includes vacation, sick leave, and health, dental, and vision insurance.
