Job Responsibilities

  • Handle administrative tasks for the AR/Collections Department, ensuring timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.
  • Communicate with business clients and send professional invoices, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Apply payments to customer accounts and reconcile accounts, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist with month-end close, ensuring all financial records are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Monitor customer accounts for delayed payments, taking proactive steps to resolve any issues.

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting, Business, Commerce, or related field, with a strong foundation in financial principles.
  • Minimum two years of experience in an A/R role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, with advanced skills in data analysis and financial modeling.
  • Strong client focus and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with business clients.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
