About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Technologist to join our Indoor Environmental Quality team in Richmond, BC. As a valued member of our team, you will provide reliable, timely, and professional support to Project Managers, assisting with the day-to-day coordination of project-related activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct site visits to assess building systems, including structure, envelope, and HVAC
  • Collect and analyze air and bulk samples to identify potential environmental hazards
  • Prepare detailed reports documenting findings and provide recommendations to address concerns
  • Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure successful project outcomes
Requirements
  • Familiarity with building systems and environmental health and safety principles
  • Excellent organizational skills, accuracy, time management skills, and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing needs, prioritize client deliverables, and meet required deadlines
