About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Engineer to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a key member of our software development team, you will play a critical role in designing and developing software solutions for advanced robotics technology and automation platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop software solutions that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
  • Work primarily with C# and.NET Visual Studio in an Agile environment to develop high-quality software applications.
  • Identify and resolve software issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in software development and automation technologies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong background in object-oriented programming and desktop application development.
  • 3+ years of experience developing PC applications using C# and.NET.
  • Experience working with automation platforms and robotics is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
