Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Engineer to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex software solutions for our advanced robotics technology and automation platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop software solutions that meet the needs of our customers and internal stakeholders.
- Develop and implement software solutions using C# and.NET Visual Studio in an Agile environment.
- Identify and resolve software issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in software development and automation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong background in object-oriented programming and desktop application development.
- Experience with C# and.NET Visual Studio, as well as Agile development methodologies and Azure DevOps.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex software issues.
