About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Consultant to join our team at Emedel Holding Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients in achieving their financial objectives by proposing tailored solutions for business expansion, debt management, investment, and other financial goals.
  • Process credit and loan documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Conduct thorough interviews with loan applicants to assess their financial status, credit history, and ability to repay loans.
  • Provide access to automated banking services, telephone banking, and online banking services for clients.
  • Promote the sale of credit and loan services to clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our products.
  • Research and evaluate loan applicants' financial status, references, credit history, and ability to repay loans.
  • Review and update credit and loan files to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Submit credit and loan applications to management for review and approval.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions
  • Permanent position.
  • 35 hours per week.
  • English language required.
