Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motor Vehicle Repair Shop Supervisor to join our team at New Millenium Tire Centre. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our repair shop, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the work of our repair technicians to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.
    • Provide guidance and support to our team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Operations Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the repair shop, including the management of inventory, equipment, and supplies.
    • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive excellent service and that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
    • Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the workplace is safe and secure.
    • Develop and implement procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a repair shop or similar environment.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
