In the capacity of a Commercial Underwriter, your primary responsibility will be to deliver title insurance policies for commercial real estate transactions. This role involves reviewing transactional documents, addressing client concerns, underwriting potential issues, and issuing policies. A solid understanding of real estate law and transaction processes is crucial for success in this position.

Your Contributions Will Include:
  • Processing title insurance requests through multiple channels
  • Evaluating documentation such as title reports and surveys
  • Underwriting and drafting title insurance policies
  • Responding to client inquiries regarding policy details and procedures
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and nurturing strong client relationships
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a real estate law clerk
  • Strong focus on customer service with outstanding communication abilities
  • Excellent analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Law Clerk designation is preferred
  • Experience in title insurance is advantageous
