About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Clerk to join our team at Bic Hayer Rental Properties Corp. as a permanent full-time employee.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and financial statements.
  • Accounting Tasks: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, calculate fixed assets and depreciation, and reconcile accounts.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare statistical, financial, and accounting reports, including trial balance of books and tax returns.
  • Bookkeeping Systems: Utilize manual and computerized bookkeeping systems to maintain general ledgers and establish, maintain, and balance various accounts.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Access, MS Word, and Quick Books.
Work Environment
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
