- Inventory Management: Plan and organize the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring that inventory levels are maintained and that stock is accurately tracked.
- Team Supervision: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments, providing guidance and support to team members as needed.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports on warehouse operations, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, ensuring that all team members have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with frequent handling of heavy loads.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role.
