About the Role

We are seeking a Counter Service Representative to join our team at Pizza Hut. As a Counter Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Prepare and package food and beverages for customers
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask to meet customer demands
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Work Environment

This role is based in a food service establishment and requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent customer interactions.
