Service Operations Manager

{"The Opportunity": "As a Service Manager at Wajax Limited, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standard of quality in parts and service requests to customers, meeting quoted delivery dates, and consistently applying the company's parts, service, and warranty programs.
This role requires a strong focus on day-to-day support of the business of Service & Sales for Rotating Equipment and Hydraulics for all customers, executing initiatives for long-term operational excellence, and maximizing efficiencies in service, warranty programs, and parts operations at the branch.
Key responsibilities include identifying issues, working with branch co-workers to resolve them in a timely manner, providing training and support for Service technicians and supervisors, managing branch personnel performance, safety, training, and customer service, and working with customers, suppliers, and co-workers to fulfill service orders and inquiries with service and cost expectations.
The ideal candidate will have a Journeyman Heavy Equipment Technician, Millwright, or similar certification, a minimum of 5 years of related experience in a management role in service of rotating equipment, parts, supply chain, or product support operations, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
