About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination
    • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
    • Coordinate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
  • Site Management
    • Supervise and manage site staff, including laborers, carpenters, and other tradespeople.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and protocols.
  • Quality Control
    • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that work is being carried out to the required standards.
    • Identify and address any quality control issues promptly.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring that costs are within approved limits.

Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
