Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Guard to join our team at Paladin Security. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance to clients and patrons, while ensuring the safety and security of our sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct proactive patrols to identify and address potential security risks
  • Respond to security alarms and emergencies in a timely and professional manner
  • De-escalate crisis situations and provide support to clients and patrons
  • Exercise crowd control and evict trespassers
  • Write clear and detailed reports of incidents and site activities

Requirements:

  • Valid Alberta security license
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong observational skills and ability to make quick decisions
  • Ability to walk 18/20km and stairs
