Flight Attendant Job Description

Pacific Coastal Airlines is a leading regional airline in Canada, operating in some of the most beautiful and remote coastal destinations in the world. We are seeking single operating Flight Attendants for a full-time position at our Calgary base, operating on our WestJet Link Network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety, security, and comfort of all passengers
  • Attend daily pre-flight safety briefings
  • Monitor and maintain safety equipment during flights
  • Provide exceptional customer service and greet passengers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Explain safety procedures and demonstrate the use of emergency equipment
  • Administer first aid to passengers as required
  • Submit reports on cabin conditions and any medical situations that may have occurred during flights

Requirements:

  • Customer service experience (minimum 2 years)
  • Valid Canadian Passport or proof of citizenship
  • Ability to obtain a Transport Canada issued Restricted Area Identity Card
  • Excellent English language written and oral communication skills
  • Physical ability to perform the demands of the position
  • Ability to work independently without supervision
  • Must be 21 years or older
